How To Train a Human

When I got my first dog I can remember standing in the garden at 2 am training the pup to pee outside. It was raining, I was wearing pyjamas and the puppy just sat there on one of my feet looking up at my pathetic frozen face getting more annoyed by the second.

Eventually, I trained the dog to ask to go outside to pee. A dog loves to be trained. It does what you want it to do in exchange for love. Dogs love to love and they love being loved. But they also love to be told what to do. They are passive and docile. They can be trained to be killers or lapdogs.

Training a human is actually easier.

The greatest tool is fear.

At the Nuremberg trials the over-riding question every member of the Nazi party was asked was, "why did you do these evil things?" The reply from all was always the same; "I was told to by my superior" Those humans were trained in absolute destruction and mass murder because they believed it was for a better cause. They thought it was for a millennium. They also knew if they refused they would be killed. Fear drove them to kill and think nothing of killing.

On a lighter note; my young son is now 18 months of age. He currently thinks he’s a mountaineer and that everything is there to be climbed. I keep telling him if he keeps climbing on the table he will fall off. I got fed up with saying this 100 times a day so … he fell off and cried a lot. Don't worry the cuddle fixed it. Now the fear of falling off has now stopped him from repeating that pattern from his own experience of falling off.

How to train a human - the number one tool is FEAR.

You take the one thing humans fear the most - DEATH - and make them feel that death is imminent if they do x, y or z.

Once you tell them they might die you then hammer them with messages that will compound that message. Eventually, after just a couple of weeks, you have passive, obedient humans that do exactly as they are told EVEN IF it no longer makes no sense.

Today, I went for my early coffee. There was no one on the street. A woman walked towards me. The path is wide. She stood off the path. She was wearing a facemask. She turned to one side as we passed and pressed her face into the hedgerow. Only once we passed did she continue her journey.

This was a perfectly trained mind in a human that has been trained around fear of loss.

Now …

Let's flip this.

This global paranoid-pandemic has taught us one thing and it is this.

The habits and actions can be trained to do almost anything if enough compounding of a single thought relentlessly carried out.

The mind can easily be trained.

Your mind can easily be trained.

How?

If you are feeling the fear it can easily be pushed out and replaced. You simply have to replace it with a thought. That thought is a thought of your choice.

How do you know if you have been trained? Easier than you think. Ask yourself ...

What is your daily conversation?

What are your new daily actions?

So retraining your mind to create new habits that you never knew you had is easier than we all think.

It takes this.

The placement of thought based on fear begins with our mental receptors. Our receptors are our eyes and ears. They allow what goes into our minds and what comes out of our minds. What we read, see and hear is what we feed our minds.

If we have been trained in fear we can also train ourselves to believe other things.

Like this.

What do you want to believe?

We read what we want to believe and read it as often as we can. Reading, listening and watching the same thoughts will compound that message.

The smartphone is a dream come true for anyone that wants to retrain any human. The messages can be relentless and powerful. Fast track reads, no evidence required just endless notifications and ads. Once that message begins to be compounded the human being - you - will start to act in harmony with your thinking. Once you create a constant stream of thought rather than just a trickle now and then you will find yourself becoming what you are feeding into your mind.

Here’s the thing.

You have more control than you think about what you are, how life is and what life can be for you. What is going into your mind each day is what is shaping you. You are choosing what goes in there and allowing it to go in.

The good stuff.

The bad stuff.

You have chosen. YOU have made the choice to read, watch or listen.

So will you choose to feed your mind with what you need rather than what you don’t want?

In a world so trained in negative thinking and trained to accept that compounded negative thinking you personally can still make the choice of what is fed into your mind.

That might mean.

Avoiding the news, but remaining informed.

Avoiding negative people and conversation.

Rethinking what you read.

Unfollow lots of social feeds.

And my own personal tip is this.

Start your day with zero external feeds into your mind (phones)

End your day reading and thinking about what you want to embed, compound and become in your mind.

By the way.

This has still been my best year for a very long time on many levels. How? By being aware and doing what I have spoken about above.

Now you know how to train a human you can train yourself to become what you want.

Will you?
