Sense of Maori

In 1884 the New Zealand Rugby team performed their now globally famous ‘Maori war cry’ or Haka before each of its matches to terrifying. The during United Kingdom matches later in 1888-89 they terrified crowds with the same cries that were interpreted in the national newspapers to mean   "Kill him! Chop him up! Baste him!". It appears the media translations of everything from fact into lies or hype has never changed! So whilst at the gym today I saw the all blacks, new Zealand rugby team on the TV monitor performing their now traditional war cry before playing the Australians. The Kiwis stood their ground. In sequence (it has to be or it is seen as a bad omen) then perform their war cry with dignity, pride and assurance that they are the men they say they are. If you haven’t seen this … after reading this article go watch it online, it’s nerve spangling, muscle twitching, eye rivetingly powerful and of course intimidating. They won! It got me thinking about the history of nations. The Kiwis are such a small nation yet they deliver some incredible people. The Scots are the same and many other small nations can be seen to do the same time and time again as history has recorded. So what is actually going on here and how can it apply to you? Although most of us are not aware it as people, basic human beings within our DNA our cellular structure is appears that we carry on traits of the past. The past is never erasred and can be tapped into if we want it. It can also be blocked out if we are strong enough to want to block it out. Look at the Maori - a strong powerful herculean nation that has had to defend itself when the need has come. They understand the finer art of understanding the history of themselves. Not just that is goes past the history but goes deeper into themselves. Who am I? Yes the nations is given national pride but they are given a sense of self. A sense of hugeness despite being a small island. When I went to new Zealand I was surprised at the gentleness of the people. Suspiciously cautious with a natural beauty that can only be learnt through generations of blood. The Scots are the same. Proud, powerful nation of mighty warriors yet passioniate lovers when the time comes. They also have that sense of scottishness that despite some being born from Scottish parents in another country cannot be removed with local education of hammering down of the character as some nations love to do. So where does this stuff come from? Despite the fact you maybe don’t realize it it comes from a far away place in time. It comes from the inheritance of past, the inheritance of faith in ‘I am’. Over centuries the Maori nation have had to depend on themselves. Over centuries the Scots nation have had to depend on themselves. This sense of pride, sense of history, sense of self carries over into generations of children without them even realizing. Martin Luther King found his sense of history, his sense of self. Gandhi found his sense of history, his sense of self. History is littered with these types and always will be. They will rise, appear to mankind, leave their mark and vanish like the mist back into the winds of time. These are the real anarchic revolutionaries with a true sense of self. A real sense of I AM. Upsetting the mainstream with a sense of self. Who are you? Are you who you think you are? Are you who you have become? Are you a product of a media driven generation that has lost its sense of self? I have no idea. Only you can answer. I do know this. It can be measured. It can be measured by the type of life you now live. The daily pressures you might be under from this world. The material you read. The way you look. The relationships you have. The car you desire. The house you must have. During this age of media drivel where dark men in dark rooms create the perfect life for you and others the sense of I AM is being covered up for the lack of life as givein through their eys. Does this affect you? Do you need to know what some unfounded celebrity is doing with her latest boyfriend, girlfriend or drug induced parasite life? They believe they are yet that is far from the truth, actually they have become a victim of their own loss of who they really are. Sadly people re-discover their hidden DNA, sense of self, closeness of faith in an almight when they come to the end of their life. For lots of people that’s when meaning really arrive, when it’s almost over. Would you like to live your life now, right now, today this minute? It’s possible for you. Nothing will hold you back if that’s what you really want. But you have to find out who you are, dig deep and discover your sense of self, your sense of history, your snese of you. The Maori – WOW – they know who they are. They understand. They get it. The real Scotsman, he knows, they know, they don’t need to be led, they are leaders, winners in a system that has been given a veneer designed to destroy most human at an unprecedented level. If you are coming out of the sleep of endless experiments by men and waking to your sense of self you will understand this article. If you are not sure this article will surely provoke you. The time for you isn’t coming, it’s here right now. The time for you to stand up and say I AM… I am he, me, she has arrived. Can you see that? Can you jump beyond your daily life with the long sighted vision of the Eagle to see who you can become? It’s up to you. The Maoris are a nation to be studied as are the Scots. Those that know are those that say I AM. Who am I? Me, I am, I am me. Tell me what you think. I know you might have been dipped and covered in this systems fragile belief system but I also know you have something deeper taking place in you right now. If you can take a minute and pull it out I would love you to share it with my 41,222 subscribers.
